Emulsion bitumen and filled resin coating for road

The invention consists of a composite bitumen emulsion / resin layer for surface protection of roadways, against the oil derivatives attacks made of a first emulsion having a resin and a second emulsion comprising a bituminous binder and a crosslinking agent resin. A pigment preparation and / or a filler constituted by a filler or a sand or fine sand, or combinations thereof, may be incorporated into the first emulsion, the second emulsion or the emulsion composite resulting from mixing the two emulsions. The loaded composite emulsion enables the realization of surface-type thin film coatings in one or several layers.
