Technological Infrastructure of the “Green” Digital Economy: Measurement and Management Methodology

Purpose: The aim of the study is to develop a scientific methodology that would allow the most complete, accurate and reliable measurement of the level of technological infrastructure development of the “green” digital economy, as well as scientific recommendations for public management of digital infrastructure development of the “green” digital economy.
