Waste heat recovering system

The invention relates to a waste heat recovering system which comprises heating equipment, a first air guide pipe and a power generating pipeline, wherein the heating equipment comprises a heat radiating channel; the first air guide pipe is communicated with the heat radiating channel; the power generating pipeline comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe which is sleeved outside the inner pipe; thermoelectric material modules are distributed on the pipe wall of the inner pipe; a gap is formed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe; and one ends of the thermoelectric material modules extend into the gap, and the other ends thereof extend into the inner pipe. The waste heat recovering system of the invention ensures that fluid with different temperature flows into the inner pipe of the power generating pipeline and the gap formed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe by mounting the thermoelectric material modules on the pipe wall of the inner pipe of the power generating pipeline so that both ends of each thermoelectric material module have a temperature difference to generate electric energy, thereby effectively recovering waste heat.
