P268 CHRONIC INTERMITTENT HYPOXIA EXACERBATES ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN NON-ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER DISEASE
2014
Results: Mice in each experimental group showed PE-like phenomenon. Placental and fetal weights were significantly lower in PE-like groups compared to corresponding control group (P < 0.05). Concentrations of FFA and TG were significantly increased in PE-like groups compared to corresponding control group (P < 0.05), except in models induced by LPS. Conclusions: A variation of FFA and TG among PE-like model types suggests that fatty acid oxidation disorders exist to some extent and may be shared through different pathways in multifactorial pathogenesis in PE.
