The invention relates to the technical field of diamond manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method for a sintering piece with a polycrystalline diamond compact and a substrate expanding synchronously. The method comprises the following steps that 50-57 parts of diamond micro-powder, 15-20 parts of cobalt powder and 28-30 parts of tungsten powder are taken by weight, mixed, uniformly stirred and placed into a metal cup, the mixture is sintered to the substrate at high pressure of 5.5-7.0 GPa and high temperature of 1450-1650 DEG C under the vacuum state, and the substrate is made from hard alloy. The sintered polycrystalline diamond compact and the substrate manufactured through the method have the advantages of being identical in expansion coefficient and capable of reducing cracking of the polycrystalline compact and ensuring the service life and using effect.
