Spinning of blended yarn with Jutecell/cotton/wool

The paper spins Jutecell/cotton/wool blended yarn successfully.The new regenerated cellulose fiber which names jutecell,it keeps the characteristics of hemp,such as bacteria-free and good ability of wet-absorb and fast-dry;wool is very fine and soft.We blend the two fiber with cotton can make their respective advantages complementary to each other.We spin rotor spinning yarns and ring-spinning yarns by using the digital spinning system made by Tianjin Polytechnic University.We need to preprocess wool in order to reduce static-electricity and improve the spinnability.Raw material feed ratio is controlled rationally to ensure yarn blending ratio.The yarn properties are tensile,evenness CV value,hairiness index.All the data have been compared and analysed.The results show that rotor spinning yarns are better than ring-spinning yarns on nubs and hairiness index.This study is to provide based data of development of soft,breathable,antibacterial and warmth retention fabrics.
