Carrying device for a keg

The present invention relates to a carrying device (1) suitable for attachment to an upper surface (21) of a keg (20), and the barrel itself. The carrying device (1) has an annular base on which to each other opposite sides of the annular base, a carrying handle (2) is articulated. Next are located on the annular base at least three fastening means for fastening of the carrying device (1) at the top (21) of the keg (20) front. The annular base is formed as an insert ring (3) with a circumference for inserting the insert-ring (3) in a flange (22) at the top (21) of the keg (20). The articulated mounting of the carrying handle (2) is formed with two fastening portions (4 '), the inner circumference present on the opposite sides of the insert ring (3) and each having a hinge (4), the (each with one end of the carrying handle 2) is connected. The hinges (4) are arranged so that a pivoting of the carrying handle (2) is provided pivot axis lying in relation to one in the plane of the insert ring (3), such that in a non-use arrangement of the handle (2) completely in the plane of the insert ring (3) is accommodated.
