The invention discloses a preparation method of euphausia superba oil with a low non-saponifiable matter content. Euphausia superba powder is taken as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: 1, extracting the euphausia superba oil by taking n-hexane as an extraction agent through a three-stage countercurrent leaching method, filtering and centrifuging mixed oil, and removing a solvent from supernatant liquid in vacuum to obtain crude euphausia superba oil; 2, adding potassium bromide powder into the crude oil, stirring at a normal temperature, and stirring in a constant-temperature water bath; and 3, reacting, standing, centrifuging, removing a lower-layer deposited mixture, and taking out upper-layer euphausia superba oil. According to the method, non-saponifiable matters are removed from the euphausia superba oil through a potassium bromide adsorption precipitation method. The non-saponifiable matter content of the euphausia superba oil from which the non-saponifiable matters are removed obtained with the method is below 1 percent. The euphausia superba oil has high flowability, and is transparent and orange red in appearance.
