Cooperativismo y competencias: de la calificación al auto reconocimiento

The development of a competence management system is based on the participation of productive actors in determining the competition rules and standards of work performance, taking into account activities such as job definition, tasks and main activities play, basic training and experience required for practical, technical skills or knowledge necessary for proper execution and competencies related to skills or abilities. Under such a horizon, this paper aims to design a competency management to fit the model of the cooperative, for which we will deal with the laws of economic solidarity and cooperative law; the classification of powers according to the degree of specificity and methodologies for the identification and standardization of labor skills in public employees, specifically in the Colombian context.
