Connector device with shield and connector assembly

A connector device (10) comprising: a connector (20) which is mountable to a conductive sheath (11), said connector (20) comprising: a connector connection portion (22) with a mating connector (40) connectable along a connecting direction; a flange portion (23) extending to opposite lateral sides and a rear side with respect to the connecting direction at a bottom end of the connector connection portion (22) and which is adapted to at least partially along an outer surface of the jacket (11) to be placed; and a projection portion (24) which projects from a lower surface of the flange (23) downwards and which is adapted to be received at least partially within the shroud (11); a first shielding shell (50) and a second shielding shell (60) covering the connector (20), wherein the connecting portions (71-74) for connecting the first and second shielding shell (50, 60) respectively to at least three positions on the shield shells (50, 60) are provided, wherein the connecting portions (71-74) are arranged at the positions are offset in the connecting direction of the connector (20) and the mating connector (40) and a direction orthogonal to the connecting direction of the connector (20) directed away; wherein said first shielding shell (50) has at least one Ummantelungsfixierabschnitt (51) which is adapted to be disposed along the outer surface of the jacket (11) and to be fixed (11) to the shell, and at least one wall portion (52) which is in a projecting direction of the connector connection portion (22) of the Ummantelungsfixierabschnitt (51) upwardly; and wherein the second shielding shell (60) has at least one leg portion (62) which is arranged on the Ummantelungsfixierabschnitt (51), and a main body (61) having a tubular shape, so that the main body surrounding the connector (20).
