Photoelectron Spectroscopy of Organic Pollutants: Chlorophenols

Abstract The electronic structures of poly-chlorophenols (CP) have been studied in the gas phase by UV photoelectron spectroscopy and high-level quantum chemical calculations. We relate their electronic structures to chemical reactions involved in CP removal during water treatment processes.
