Permanent magnet type synchronous induction motor

2013
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a lap portion for inserting a bearing of a compressor is provided in a case where the compressor bearing is deeply inserted in the shaft direction of a rotor of a synchronous induction motor in order to prevent abrasion of the compressor bearing when the synchronous induction motor is installed to a compressor, but the magnetic flux is saturated and the toque constant decreases because a magnetic circuit yoke portion at the permanent magnet inner diameter side of the lap portion narrows, so that the efficiency of the synchronous induction motor decreases.SOLUTION: A lap portion at which a compressor bearing is put in a rotor core is provided, the length in the axial direction of the permanent magnet is set to be shorter than the length in the axial direction of the rotor core, and the end face of the permanent magnet at the lap portion side is located below the center in the axial direction of the lap portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
