The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flow diversion core of hollow turbine stator blades of a gas turbine and aims at solving the problems that the flow diversion core, manufactured through an existing method, of hollow turbine stator blades of the gas turbine is low in accuracy, high in manufacturing cost and complex in manufacturing process. The method includes the following steps of shearing a plate, molding, welding, correcting, blanking and assembling according to requirements to obtain the flow diversion core of the hollow turbine stator blades of the gas turbine. Through the method, manufacturing cost is reduced, manufacturing processes are simplified, the accuracy of the outline dimensions of the flow diversion core can be effectively improved, and the requirements of a gas flow test are met. The method is mainly used for manufacturing the flow diversion core.
