The invention discloses an air conditioner system for a blade electric vehicle and a control method. The system comprises a first rotary knob for controlling an air blower, a second rotary knob for controlling a cold-heat throttle, a third button for controlling a compressor and a fourth button for controlling a PTC heater which are arranged an air conditioner panel, the air conditioner panel and a vehicle control unit. The air conditioner panel is used for acquiring button signals of the first rotary knob, the second rotary knob, the third button and the fourth button and sends the acquired button singles to the vehicle control unit. The vehicle control unit is used for controlling the compressor, the PTC heater and a condenser according to the button signals sent by the air conditioner panel, a temperature signal acquired by an evaporator temperature sensor and the battery information sent by a battery management system according to the preset policy so as to achieve the air conditioning function. According to the air conditioner system, on the premise that the air conditioning function is achieved, and the reliability of the air conditioner system is guaranteed, an air conditioner panel controller is omitted, and the air conditioner system cost is lowered.
