The Proposal of the CAPF in the Meta-Synthesis of the Non-lethal Weapons and Equipments

In order to solve the new problems in Meta-Synthesis of the non- lethal weapons and equipments,this paper puts forth the methods of the Meta-Synthesis and the basic process from qualitative to quantitative methods,and puts forth some suggestions in four aspects which are the theoretical innovation,the construction of system structure,the construction of regulations and standards. At last,it analyzes the possible problems in the process of the meta-synthesis.
