The present invention relates to a tubular conduit for the transport of liquid sodium for inhibiting any sodium leak out of the pipe. This duct comprises a pipe body covered internally by an inner layer which comprises: - a first layer, ceramic, continuous, or based on a metal or metal alloy, intended to be brought into contact with liquid sodium conveyed via line tubular; and - between the pipe body and said first ceramic layer, an intermediate layer based on a reactive material which, upon contact with liquid sodium, is converted into a modified material having a different electrical conductivity of the reagent material .
