Aidi injection combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin in the chemotherapy treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

2017
Objective To investigate the effects of aidi injection combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and the effect of tumor markers level, T lymphocyte subsets level and the prognosis of patients with NSCLC. Methods Seventy-nine patients with NSCLC in hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=39) was treated with gemcitabine + cisplatin chemotherapy and observation group (n=40)was treated with aidi injection + gemcitabine + cisplatin. The effect of treatment and tumor markers [serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125), cytokeratin fragment antigen 21-1(CYERA21-1)], T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+ , CD8+ ) were compared between the two groups, and statistically analyzed toxicity incidence and quality of life (QOL) score. Results ①Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate [87.50% (35/40)] in the observation group and the clinical benefit rate [92.50% (37/40)] were significantly higher than those of the control group [(58.97%, 23/39) and 66.67% (26/39)] (P 0.05); ⑤QOL score: after treatment for 2 cycles, the QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Aidi injection combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin can improve the tumor markers level and T lymphocyte subsets level in NSCLC patients, and improve the curative effect, and it has high safety.
