Using optical emission spectroscopy (OES), mass spectrometry (MS), and laser-induced fluorescence (LIF), we are investigating a number of glow-discharge reactions as a function of RF power, flow rates, partial pressures, and H2 dilution under realistic thin-film deposition conditions.
