MODELO DE GESTÃO TÁTICO-OPERACIONAL DA ATIVIDADE DE INTELIGÊNCIA:

2020
This article discusses Intelligence management through the prism of the many challenges imposed by information speed and the complexity of phenomena and contexts surrounding the craft of Intelligence in the modern world. It aims at analyzing concepts, principles, methods and processes related to the production of knowledge, organizational structures and Intelligence management at the tactical/operational level, in a context dominated by complexity and excess of information (big-data). A correct comprehension of how scenarios and assets manifest themselves, as well as of how organizations, professionals, users, processes, methods and products relate with each other, lead us to propose a case-management methodology inspired by agile principles, as well as a hybrid organizational structure based on the so-called hypertext organization model. At last, it concludes that Intelligence management cannot be seen in a reductionist, linear fashion, but should rather take into consideration all aspects pointing to a more organic structure, built by operational agents, intelligence analysts and clients in an increasing interconnected, multidisciplinary manner.
