Эффективность аллерген - специфической иммунотерапии у больных сезонным аллергическим ринитом, осложненным синдромом вторичной иммунной недостаточности

The aim of the work was to study the clinicо-allergical characteristics of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis (AR), combined with secondary immunodeficiency syndrome during allergen-specific immunotherapy (ASIT) with preventive introduction of Likopid drug. Studied 67 patients aged between 18 and 55. Revealed a higher clinical efficiency in preventive introduction of Likopid (2.7 points I course, 3.5 points II course; 4,45 points III course) in patients, suffering from frequent ARI.
