Henoch-Shonlein purpura is the most frequent form of vasculitis in childhood. Imaging is used especially in digestive system involvement. It shows a localised thickening of the intestinal wall. It allows also the diagnosis of the gastrointestinal wall. It allows also the diagnosis of the gastrointestinal complications especially in adults.
