The effect of the mechanism of electron surface scattering on high-frequency conductivity of a thin metal film
2011
The problem of high-frequency conductivity of a thin cylindrical metal film is solved using the kinetic method. The kinetic boundary conditions taking into account the dependence of the reflectivity coefficient on the angle of incidence θ between the electron velocity vector and a normal to the metal surface are used. The obtained results are compared with the theoretical calculations for the Fuchs diffusion-reflection boundary conditions.
