A process for preparing water-soluble polyurethane acrylate

PURPOSE: A method for preparing water-soluble polyurethane acrylate is provided to improve tensile strength, ting film intensity and water resistance at a set Tg and to ensure excellent storage stability due to uniform particle size. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing water-soluble polyurethane acrylate comprises the steps of: synthesizing a polyurethane ionomer; separately injecting triethyl amine in distilled water, dropping the polyurethane ionomer and diamine-based chain extender to synthesize polyurethane emulsion; and mixing polyurethane emulsion with distilled water, dropping acryl monomer in the mixture, dropping again the mixture and a polymerization initiator in distilled water and then a oxidation-reduction catalyst to prepare polyurethaneacrylate.
