System Design of Multivariate Quality Control Based HR Department Staff Training Website for Shagang Group

In order to fully motivate and mobilize the staff in Jiangsu Shagang Group to consciously participate in the training and learning, we implement the credit rewards mechanism in the training process and put forward a new flexible assessment solution for employee training exam. We design and develop for HR Department of Shagang Group a staff training website system, in which the processing procedure is simplified through the combination of computerized processing. Borrowing the upgrade mode from online game, the website is displayed in the manner of "What You See Is What You Get" and strive to achieve the principles of "Fairness, Impartiality, Openness" to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees.
