Low-creep concrete

2015
The invention discloses low-creep concrete, which is formed by mixing the following ingredients (by weight): 330-375 parts of cement, 60-80 parts of rice hull ash, 40-50 parts of emery dust, 650-700 parts of machine-made sand, 70-80 parts of emery, 1000-1075 parts of broken stone, 4.5-6.5 parts of a water reducer and 130-190 parts of water. Strength grade of the low-creep concrete is C50-C60, 3d creep degree is 3-8'10-6/MPa, 28d creep degree is 10-20'10-6/MPa, 90d creep degree is 15-30'10-6/MPa, and the creep degree becomes stable. Ingredients such as rice hull ash, emery dust and emery, etc. in the concrete are all beneficial to reduce creep, and super-composite effect can be realized when the ingredients are mixed in use. Thus, creep of machine-made sand concrete is greatly reduced. By controlling mass ratio of ingredients of concrete, creep change of concrete can be effectively adjusted.
