Small peptides products of feed protein source's influence on milk yield and milk quality.

In this paper,the effect was studied is that small peptides products could increase milk production and improve milk quality when small peptides products of feed protein source produced in our laboratory was added to dairy’s feed supplement.Test group were randomly divided into three groups(The amount of adding small peptides productions is respectively according to the ration’s 0.1%,0.3%,0.6%),the results: the milk production of test groups in trial period were more than test groups in former trial period(P0.01),respectively increasing: 2.0%﹑6.1%﹑7.4%;Milk fat percentage and milk protein content were all clear increasing,the test groups’ milk fat percentage respectively in-creasing: 0.8%,2.1%,2.9%,the test groups’ milk protein content percentage respectively increasing: 1.4%,1.7%,2.0%,the changes in the lac-tose and dry matter content had also obvious increasing;Furthermore,the analysis of actual product’s economic benefits,the group of 0.3% was the best compared with the other two groups.
