Kronik böbrek hastalarında hemodiyalizin sol ventrikül fonksiyonları üzerine olan etkisinin ekokardiyografi ile noninvaziv değerlendirilmesi

1996
To evaluate the effect of hemodialysis on left ventricle function in patients with chronic renal failure, it was studied total 17 patients (11 male and 6 female). From diastolic function parameters peak E wave velocity (PEV), Peak A velocity (PAV), PEV/PAV, E deceleration time (mS) (EDT), and isovolumic relaxation time (IVRT), were found before and after hemodialysis as (72p31, 83p31cm/sec., pl0.001), (65p20, 59p15cm/sec, pl0.009), (1.11p0.3, 1.41p0.39, pl0.01), (158p39,148p38m, pl0.004), (110p28, 94p31mS, p l0.005), respectively. From systolic function parameters Ejection fraction (EF), Cardiac output (CO), Cardiac index (CI), Fractional shortening (FS), Stroke volume (SV), Stroke volume index (SVI), End-diastolic volume (EDV), and End-systolic volume (ESV) were found before and after as (56pS,53p9%, pg0.05), (4.9p2.6 lt/min, 4.6p1.2 lt/min, pg0.05), (3p1.3 lt/min, 3.2p1 lt/min, pg0.05), (31 p12, 32p12 pg0.05), (56p30ml, 57p14ml, pg0.05), (36p1, 39p11ml/m2, pg0.05), (111 p36, 102p34ml, pl0.02), (45p14, 43p13ml, pl0.07) respectively. It was concluded that hemodialysis is ineffected on left ventricle systolic function (except EDV) and improved diastolic function.
