The present invention provides a real wood film and a method for manufacturing an injection molded product using the real wood film, wherein the real wood film comprises: veneer wood; a nonwoven fabric bonded to the lower surface of the veneer wood to protect the veneer wood from moisture; a molding improvement layer bonded to the lower surface of the nonwoven fabric to prevent the veneer wood from wrinkling or cracking from heat applied to the veneer wood; and a thermoplastic adhesive layer bonded to the lower surface of the molding improvement layer so as to be bonded to an injection resin, so it is possible to realize real wood texture and appearance perfectly by improving the moisture resistance/light resistance reliability and moldability while maintaining the texture and appearance of real wood.
