The invention discloses a low-thermal-resistance honeycomb sandwich plate for a satellite and a manufacturing method of the low-thermal-resistance honeycomb sandwich plate. The low-thermal-resistance honeycomb sandwich plate comprises a panel, a honeycomb core glued with the panel and a heat pipe glued with the honeycomb core, wherein the heat pipe is embedded inside the honeycomb sandwich plate, the height of the heat pipe is as shown in the specification, a represents for the thickness of the panel of the honeycomb sandwich plate, H represents for the total thickness of the honeycomb sandwich plate, the honeycomb core has the same height as the heat pipe, the panel is glued with the heat pipe by using a liquid adhesive, the heat pipe is glued with the honeycomb core by using a foam adhesive, and the liquid adhesive is obtained after a solid glue film adhesive is heated and molten. The honeycomb sandwich plate and the manufacturing method of the honeycomb sandwich plate disclosed by the invention can be used for realizing the design for low thermal resistance of a heat pipe region through controlling the heights of the heat pipe and the honeycomb core, the glue film thicknesses of the honeycomb core and the panel as well as the adhesive states and coating thicknesses of the heat pipe and the panel.
