Application of 1,3,4-thiadiazole disulfidecompound with phenylcarbamido group structure

The invention discloses application of 1,3,4-thiadiazole disulfide compounds with phenylcarbamido group structures. The compounds comprise twelve 1,3,4-thiadiazole disulfide compounds with the phenylcarbamido group structures, such as isobutyl (2-p-teflubenzuron-1,3-4-thiadiazole-5-yl) disulfide, n-butyl (2-p-teflubenzuron-1,3,4-thiadiazole-5-yl) disulfide and 2-butyl (2-p-teflubenzuron-1,3,4-thiadiazole-5-yl) disulfide. The twelve compounds have anti-tumor activity and can be used for preparing medicines for preventing cervical cancer (Hela), liver cancer (SMMC-7721) (Spontaneous Monocyte-Mediated Cytotoxity) and lung cancer (A549), and a novel way can be made for development of new anti-cancer medicines.
