The Clinical Value of 16-slice CT Angiography in Diagnosis of Arteriosclerotic Occlusive Disease of Lower Limb

Objective To discuss the clinical value of 16-slice CT angiography in diagnosis of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limb.Materials and Methods 42 cases clinically suspected with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limb were performed with MSCTA. The data was transmitted to ADW4.2 workstation, and reconstructed by VR, MIP, CPR, VE, AVA and generally analyzed with original axial images.Results 42 cases were performed successfully, and characteristic features depicted. Results of MSCTA in 15 cases were identical with results of operation.Conclusion MSCTA is valuable to demonstrate arterial disease in lower limb, gradually become the first modality to diagnose and evaluate the curative effect.
