The Role of CXCR1 and CXCR2 in the Process of Mouse Blastocyst Implantation in Vitro

2010
Objective: To reveal the role of CXCR1 and CXCR2 in the process of mouse blastocyst implantation. Methods: Using the implantation model of both mouse blastocysts and human decidul cells co-cultured,we observed the influences of anti-CXCR1、CXCR2 antibodies on the attachment and outgrowth of mouse blastocysts. Results: Anti-CXCR1 antibodies did not affect the rate of attachment and the rate of outgrowth and spreading area are inhibited significantly in a dose-dependent way.The attachment and outgrowth of blastocysts were inhibited obviously by anti-CXCR2 antibodies. Conclusion: The attachment and outgrowth of mouse blastocysts are mediated by different IL-8 receptors.CXCR1 has no effect on the attachment of blastocyst, but can promote the attachment promotes the outgrowth of trophoblast cells.CXCR2 can promote the attachment and outgrowth of blastocysts.
