Lateral Thorax Perforator Flap

2019
The lateral thorax perforator flap was located at lateral thoracic part of axillary fossa with the lateral thorax perforator as its axial artery. It was first reported by Boeckx in 1976. This flap could be applied to free grafting, and transposition of the flap could be used for soft-tissue defects of anterior part of homolateral shoulder, upper thoracic part, and also the thoracic and dorsalis part on sides of the flap.
