Synthesis and Characterization of the Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties of the Ternary Manganese Vanadate NaMnVO4.

The new title compound is synthesized by solid state reaction of a stoichiometric mixture of NaVO3 and MnO (Au tube, 500 °C, 120 h and 650 °C, 36 h).
