Динамика функциональной активности эффекторов врожденного иммунитета у онкологичес- ких больных с сепсисом при проведении экстракорпоральной детоксикации

Th e purpose of the work was the estimation of the dynamics of the cytotoxic and phagocytic activity of blood leukocytes of cancer patients with general septic complications during the extracorporal detoxifi cation. Th e blood samples of patients, collected prior to the extracorporal detoxifi cation and right aft er its termination, as well as healthy donors blood samples (control group) have been investigated. As a result, it has been revealed that cancer patients with sepsis are characterized by hyperactivity of innate immunity eff ectors. Th us, in comparison with healthy donors the patients natural killers activity was 25-40 % higher. Th e phagocytic index and phagocytic number exceeded the control group level 2,7 and 3,2 times respectively.
