Magnetic anisotropy in Ni-Si nanoparticle films produced by ultrashort pulsed laser deposition

Pulsed laser deposition (uPLD) in vacuum by means of subpicosecond laser pulses is a powerful, versatile technique for the production of films constituted by nanoparticles. On impact with the deposition substrate, the nanodrops ejected from the target ass
