The invention relates to a large-diameter shield tunnel deformation monitoring and warning method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (S1) according to the practical parameters of a large-diameter shield tunnel, obtaining a deformation reckoning relation by a numerical simulation method, and calculating the position with maximum segment inclination change, wherein the position is used as a priority mounting position of an inclination sensor; (S2) setting a transverse deformation control value; (S3) mounting the inclination sensor and a warning device, wherein the inclination sensor and the warning device are connected with a data processor respectively; (S4) according to the inclination sensor data, reckoning the transverse deformation on the horizontal diameter position of the tunnel; and (S5) comparing the transverse deformation with the transverse deformation control value by the data processor; and if the transverse deformation is greater than the transverse deformation control value, warning by the warning device. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of good detection result, long-term monitoring and the like.
