Information exchange including two aspects, which are the content expression by using of the form and the content acception by using of the form. Thew expression on information content mustin the form of understanding and acception based on the knowledge and experience of the recipients. The content of location information is the orientation and distance between space points. There is now accustomed to express the location information by using the names or address in the form of words. It can only communicate between the people with prior knowledge of location information. The people must have mastered the relationship of orientation and distance between locations and other locations represented by names. According to the characteristics of location information, location can be understood and determined by using the address labeling including direction and distance information. and the issues of dermination and expression of location information are well soluted.
