Clinical Study of Clomiphene Combined with Enriching-kidney-and-enhancing-Yang Therapy for Proper Endometrial Thickness during Inducing Ovulatory Cycle

Objective:To explore the effect of combination therapy of clomiphene and enriching-kidney-andenhancing-Yang therapy on proper endometrial thickness during inducing ovulatory cycle and improving pregnancy rate.Method:60 cases with infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction who satisfied inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 30 cases. The experimental group was treated with clomiphene and enriching-kidneyand-enhancing-Yang therapy, and the control group was treated with consistant clomiphene. Ultrasound was used to monitor the development of follicles, endometrial thickness and pregnancy for both of the groups before and after treatment.Result:The size of dominant follicle in the experimental group was significantly larger than that of the control group(P0.05), and the endometrial thickness before ovulation in the experiment group was thickened obviously than that of the control group(P0.05). The total pregnancy rate and clinical effective rate of the experimental group were obviously higher than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Clomiphene combined with enriching-kidneyand-enhancing-Yang therapy is more effective than a single clomiphene treatment in treating infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction.
