Powertrain Control Algorithm of the Power Supply Vehicle

The engine management system and the hydraulic module control system presented in this paper, are used in a new powertrain of power vehicle. After vehicle running states analysis, control targets of these two systems were concluded. And then the engine management system was introduced, which was adapted from the electronic governor system of diesel engine and based on finite state machines theory. The hydraulic module control system has combined the feedforward and feedback control approaches. The whole powertrain with control systems were tested on the bench. And the results have shown good compliance with the III level power vehicle regulations. This new powertrain also ensures good maneuverability and is a very promising choice of power vehicle.
