The present invention relates to a method for detecting Zika virus antibodies and a rapid diagnostic kit for detecting Zika virus antibodies and, more specifically, to a method for detecting Zika virus antibodies for making a diagnosis of Zika virus infection and a rapid diagnostic kit for detecting Zika virus antibodies, the method and kit being capable of rapidly and qualitatively checking whether or not virus antibodies are present in a biological sample separated from an entity, by using monoclonal antibodies specific to the envelop protein and non-structural protein 1 of Zika virus.
