Analysis of the effect to traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with cancer during chemotherapy

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) nursing intervention on treatment of tumor patients during chemotherapy. Methods 138 patients with cancer who received chemotherapy were randomly divided them into traditional Chinese medicine nursing group and control group according to the digital method,69 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care,the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group received TCM nursing,compared two groups of patients before and after the nursing of anxiety and depression,quality of life,treatment compliance and satisfaction. Results After nursing,SAS and SDS in traditional Chinese medicine nursing group were decreased as compared with those in control group after nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing group before nursing( P 0. 05). SF- 36 scores were significantly increased( P 0. 05). Full compliance in TCM nursing group was higher than that in control group( P 0. 05). Satisfaction rate in TCM nursing group was higher than that in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion TCM nursing can improve the life quality during the treatment of chemotherapy for patients with tumor,improve the treatment compliance and satisfaction,reduce anxiety and depression,so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
