국제행사 안전대책 방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of the research is, first, to define intimidating factors, second, find indispensible conditions for successful event, and last, present a security system plan for the international events. In order to achieve the purpose, a three-round Delphi technique was used to collect data through a series of surveys to obtain the consensus of a group of experts. The results of this study are summarized as follows : First, the 7 kinds of the intimidating factors were chosen by the panel. Second, the panel select8 sort of the indispensible conditions for successful event. Third, to master various and dangerous situations, 7 methods were chosen. And last, the research propose a security plan for international events.
