PRE-CARDIAC CATHETERIZATION SIMULATION TRAINING IN CARDIOVASCULAR FELLOWSHIP: OUTCOMES OVER TWO YEARS

Simulation training is a powerful tool for honing skills in a risk-free environment and is recommended by SCAI for use in maintenance of certification. First year cardiology fellows underwent a 60 minute pre-catheterization simulation training session (STS). Fellows were taught arterial access, use
