Eight sublattices FeI2 model

Abstract An eight sublattices model describes reasonably well the ferrous iodide magnetic behaviour: in zero magnetic field three AFMR uniform-modes are observed; in a magnetic field parallel to the spin direction FeI 2 presents a four-step metamagnetic behaviour. We determine a set of exchange coupling parameters between different sublattices.
