Trattamento della calcolosi ureterale in situ con litotritore elettroconduttivo di terza generazione

The authors report their experience on the "in situ" treatment of 144 patients with ureteral stones using a third-generation extra-corporeal shock wave electroconductive lithotriptor. After 187 sessions, 139 of the 142 assessable patients were stone free. An analysis is then made of the cases for which several treatments were necessary.
