Case Report: A Rare Cause Of Severe Hypophosphatemia

Abstract We present the case of a 62-year-old woman who consulted for intense asthenia and needed periodic intravenous iron infusions with ferric carboxymaltose due to an important ferropenic anaemia. As a side effect, she presented severe hypophosphatemia.
