Inthispaper, amathematical modelofoptimized allocation oftraffic timeintheintersection isproposed, whose target istogetanoptimal solution basedonmaximumtraffic flowcapacity andminimumdelayed vehicles oftheintersection. A methodtooptimize cycle timeTusing traffic intensity isalso presented, andthengenetic algorithm isusedtoseekthe optimized result ofthemodel.
