Energy-dispersive fluorescence analysis using Bragg-reflected polarized X-rays
1974
Abstract Using Bragg-reflection at 2 ϑ = 90° increases the intensity of polarized exciting radiation in fluorescence analysis. This monochromatic and polarized radiation offers a higher sensitivity compared with previous methods using polarized X-rays.
