Strengthen the public welfare issues of urban infrastructure under the BOT model

BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer) or Construction-Operation-Transfer,is the use of private sector funding to carry out the public sector infrastructure originally conducted by public sector in traditional sense.The injection of the BOT model has improved the construction of urban infrastructure in a large extent,significantly reduce the administrative costs of government in addressing the modern urban infrastructure and help the government to partly resolve their financial stress in taking public facilities construction.However,the BOT model is not the flawless approach to solve problems raised by urban infrastructure and it does have negative impacts as following: the interests of public could be harmed under the BOT model(ie the process of marketization of public services).
